Having established your base at the Village Inn, you are within easy access of the many activities within the region including world class golf courses, fishing, paragliding as well as the many hiking and biking trails of the Wilderness National Park and scenic drives to Oudtshoorn, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Mossel Bay.

Take a spectacular flight over inspiring landscapes with beautiful views of the lakes, mountains and the spectacular Outeniqua mountains. Other activities include canoeing, mountain biking, whale and dolphin watching or perhaps you could try shark cage diving at Mossel Bay or riding an ostrich in Oudtshoorn.

Board the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe train as it steams its way between George and Mossel Bay. Soak up the sun on the warm, sandy beaches or take a stroll along the boardwalk with a quick stopover at the birdhide for a visit with the locals.

Don’t forget a good pair of walking shoes, camera and binoculars and as the weather can be unpredictable at times, take along a rain jacket and jersey.
